Reservations for transportation to the airport are valid only for the time and date specified. Reservations for transportation from the airport are valid only for the date specified. Zuni INC DBA Airport Super Express is not responsible for unused reservation or costs incurred as a result of customer error. When changing the pick up or drop off location of a reservation, rates are subject to change and additional charges may apply.
Reservations from the airport are required to assure seat availability. Reservations allow us to better meet on demand service in order to provide proper service. If you do not make a reservation we will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee service above customers who made reservations. Advance reservations do not guarantee a van will be waiting for the customer at the curb at time of arrival – only private transportation with proper procedures being followed. Wait times for pick-up from the airport terminal can vary on the number of shared reservations arriving within 10-20 minutes of one another. Customers arriving within this approximate time must wait for all parties to obtain their luggage from their respective terminal. Only then will the shuttle proceed to the curb or designated pickup point – your confirmation e-mail may have detailed information as to where this designated pickup is or you can view them at our instructions page.
Please note that if you book a reservation from the airport, this does not mean a van will be waiting for you when you arrive. Due to airport security considerations, we are not allowed to have vans lined up at the curb or any pickup point. However, we have vans waiting close by in a “holding lot” near the airport, just minutes away. In addition, a van or an alternative vehicle may not always be available, since in any given area or at any given time there are not an unlimited number of vehicles to service customer demand during low peak hours, so a customer may incur an extended wait time during those situations.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide the correct flight information: airline, flight number, city of departure, and estimated time of arrival. Failure to provide the correct flight details may result in an extended wait time, no availability, or forfeiture of fare.
Reservations are required for service to the airport to assure seat availability. For reservations to the airport, Zuni INC DBA Airport Super Express guarantees the customer will arrive at the airport in time to make your flight when booking based on the pre-set times recommended by the company’s reservation system or agent. If customer selects pickup times outside those recommended automatically during the reservation process, they do so at their own risk (AOR) and are no longer eligible for a refund of the fare for time delays outside of the 15-minute window pickup, or for reimbursement of any resulting costs in missed flight.
The vehicle should arrive within the 15-minute window selected at the time of booking, ie. If a customer makes a reservation for 9am the pickup window is 8:45am to 9:15am. It is the customer’s responsibility to be ready and waiting to depart outside of the pickup location at the beginning of the 15-minute window, and remain for the full designated 15-minute pickup window. Failure to do so may inhibit our ability to provide service and may result in possible forfeiture of fare. As per your confirmation e-mail, there is a waiting time grace period – refer to confirmation details for more information.
The customer must include the “Day of Travel” phone number in the event the driver (“Operator”) calls for assistance during the pickup process. Operators are not required to call this phone number in advance of the pickup. Failure to provide a contact number for the day of travel may prevent our ability to provide service and result in possible forfeiture of fare. Customer may also receive additional notification calls to the designated contact number announcing reservation details in advance of the pickup.
Reservations for Private Ride is required and must be prearranged to assure availability. This service is private and direct with no stops other than any directed stops included in your reservation. Private rides can be to/from the airport, point-to-point, or hourly service.
Please note that if your flight is delayed and overlaps other existing reservations, an extended wait time may occur before a private van is readily available. Customers with a private ride reservation may at this time ride with other shared ride customers. This applies to any other pickup origin (hotel/residence/Cruise Port/Shopping Mall or District). However, no discount or refunds will be issued should you agree to ride with other shared ride reservations if you do not want to wait for a private van if one is not readily available. It is not Zuni Inc’s DBA Airport Super Express obligation to have private ride van available as a result to a customer’s delayed airline or failure to follow procedures from the cruise port even if a private ride was reserved. However, we do our best to accommodate airline or cruise port delays.
Tolls, taxes and other fees may be not included in the calculated cost of the ride and customer may be responsible for additional charges. Reservations for private transportation with multiple stops will be routed from furthest pick-up point to the closest, and quoted accordingly.
A flat rate is quoted at the time of booking and is guaranteed so long as the reservation is not changed or customer makes false intent with the number of passengers in their group. Anyone 3 years and older is considered a paying customer and must be accounted for when making a reservation either online or by phone. For additional information regarding children and safety restraint seats, please read our Safety: Adult and Child Safety Seats section below.
These reservations include van service to or from the airport or any other pre-defined point or origin and destination. A flat rate is quoted at the time of booking and is guaranteed so long as the reservation is not changed. Private direct transfers indicate just that, a direct point to point transfer with no stops; extra stops are not available for this service unless specified at the time of booking.
Charters options include point to point or hourly transportation. Point to point reservations require a minimum charge plus distance-traveled charge and advance reservations. Customers who wish to add an additional stop must inform booking agent at time of reservation and/or enter extra stop information in booking system. For multiple stops, an Hourly charter is required and must be booked by phone with one of our reservation agents. Hourly charter reservations should be made in advance to ensure availability. Charter vehicles are available based on demand and cannot be guaranteed on short notice.
Customers who wish to add multiple stops must purchase a minimum 2-hour Hourly Charter.
Our shuttles are not wheelchair accessible. If you intend to travel in our shuttle, which has not been designed or adapted for wheelchair access, you must satisfy yourself as to its suitability before embarking and withdraw Zuni INC DBA Airport Super Express from any and all liability. When traveling on any of our shuttles not adapted or designed for handicap access, if you use a wheelchair or need assistance to climb onto the shuttle, you must bring enough helpers to enable you to make your journey safely including getting on board the shuttle and arriving at your destination. Because our shuttles are not designed or adapted for wheelchair access it may not be possible for you to sit in a wheelchair, for reasons of safety, you may be asked to move from your wheelchair onto a regular seat, in which case the wheelchair will be stowed in a safe place. Zuni INC DBA Airport Super Express shall not be liable for any circumstances beyond its control including injuries, accidents, damage, or hurt of any handicap passenger. PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THIS INFORMATION YOU AGREE TO BE WELL-INFORMED BY OUR ACCESS CONDITIONS. Passengers who have early flight arrivals, but wish to be picked up at a later specified time MUST inform us when making a reservation; the same applies to cruise port arrivals who wish to be picked up past a desired time. Last minute notification or change in specified time could result to no availability for desired pick-up time and/or waiting for an extended period of time. In addition, if at any point you inform our dispatcher(s) that you want to be picked up at a certain time – or will begin your departure process from the cruise ship at a certain time – and decide to change the time or begin your departure from the cruise ship earlier than stated, could result in waiting for a driver for an extended period of time. We ARE NOT responsible for your actions once you inform us of your original plans. However, we will do our best to have the next readily available driver transfer you to your destination.
As of October 1, 2009, all Port of Miami and Port Everglades pick-up MUST BE prepaid prior to your arrival/departure. This is done for your protection due to recent scammers deceiving our customers pretending to be Airport Super Express representatives by holding a happy face sign and/or by coincidence your name on a clipboard. We DO NOT have any representatives standing at any Terminals at the Port of Miami and/or Port Everglades waiting for your departure. We are in no way shape or form responsible for deceit caused by these scammers and as a result end up paying for additional transportation. In which case, we ARE NOT obligated or entitled to issue refunds as our instructions clearly state the procedures to follow.
Request for reservation is how Airport Super Express, Inc and the customer come to contact for an agreement for service. During a request for reservation, a customer gives contact information such as name, phone, and e-mail. We use this information to process a NON-CONFIRMED reservation and is not disclosed to any third parties or affiliates. Zuni INC DBA Airport Super Express is at no time or form committed to the date and service selected until one of our representatives via phone, e-mail or fax has confirmed a reservation.
All reservations (including online) MUST be made at least 4-24 hours in advance by phone, e-mail: email@example.com or by completing a reservation on our online system found in the reservations page at http://www.airportsuperexpress.com/reservations/. All reservations are subject to availability; any changes to a reservation must be made by phone (305)807-0270 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 72 hours prior to your reservation date and time.
Any online reservation quote must be completed with payment in order for it to be confirmed. If you do not provide payment either through our online system or calling to place a credit/debit card on file, your reservation will not be confirmed. As a result, this does not commit Zuni INC DBA Airport Super Express to provide any form of transportation on specified date(s), hour(s), and rate(s). Zuni INC DBA Airport Super Express is removed from All liability resulting in missed flight, cruise ship, and/or any special engagement due to non-payment or credit/debit card placed on file.

Special rates and conditions may apply in Black-Out Dates: New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas days and any other Holiday listed in the USA calendar. Any activity with Zuni INC DBA Airport Super Express is subject to prepaid conditions, type of payments like Credit Card, Cash and Travelers Checks are accepted as a payment. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of this website, and, without limitation, you shall be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of transactions performed by Zuni INC DBA Airport Super Express on your behalf, whether or not such uses were performed with your consent.
You will receive a 100% refund to the credit/debit card processed online, via phone, or in person if your cancellation meets our 72 hour deadline. Failure to abide by this requirement will affect the amount of refund you may receive, if any. Last minute cancellations will not receive any refunds no matter the reason.
In order to avoid any cancellation fee or 100% penalty, cancellation of Reservations MUST be made no less than 72hrs in advance in writing prior to the pickup date. Every customer is responsible for his/her own cancellation by sending an email to email@example.com before the 72-hour deadline. If a party cancels a reservation after the 72-hour period, the credit card on file WILL BE CHARGED for the full amount (as specified in your confirmation e-mail); this only applies to the reservation not meeting the cancellation policy (in cases of Round Trips). If you have other scheduled transfers, those transfers will automatically be cancelled unless specified by the confirming passenger. All cancellation requests must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject heading “Cancellation Request.” No cancellations via phone call, voice mail, text message or fax will be accepted since date & time stamp cannot be verified in all instances; NO EXCEPTIONS. Partial cancellations DO NOT count as a complete cancellation; i.e. after scheduling a reservation and calling to potentially cancel based on other accommodations, but never calling and/or e-mailing with a follow up to cancel. Once a customer cancels a reservation prior to the 72-hour deadline, and it is received by Zuni INC DBA Airport Super Express via e-mail, a cancellation confirmation via e-mail is sent as documentation; we recommend you follow up with a phone call to assure delivery of cancellation e-mail. We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting from customer mistakes -such as failing to follow instructions (sent via your e-mail confirmation), forgetting to cancel or not fully cancelling a scheduled reservation, the weather, family emergencies, double booking or providing wrong dates and/or information.
The No-Show or same date cancellation are also subject to 100% penalty charge, which ARE NOT entitled to a refund. If any information on the reservation is missing such as date of the tour, hotel, port, or other location pick up, the customer is responsible to provide such missing information before the scheduled date, otherwise the cancellation policy may apply to the reservation. The date on which the cancellation notice is received to Zuni INC DBA Airport Super Express its agents will determine the applicable cancellation fee, if any. It would be advisable to follow up with a phone call. We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting from customer mistakes -such as failing to follow instructions (sent via your e-mail confirmation), forgetting to cancel or not fully cancelling a scheduled reservation, the weather, family emergencies, double booking or providing wrong dates and/or information.
Furthermore, in order to keep our customers satisfied by being punctual, a MAXIMUM 10-minute grace period will be allowed for pick-ups at hotels, residence, or other locations –such as malls, shopping districts, conventions, office, etc.; this does not apply to airport or cruise port pick-ups. After the grace period, the driver will leave in order to make his/her next scheduled pick-up and your credit card will be charged for the full amount, which will also include an additional $15 fee for exceeding the waiting time.
We deal with lost property in accordance with our lost property procedures, which are available for inspection on request. If you find any lost property on our buses, do not touch it. However, we do ask that you please alert the shuttle driver immediately. If we think unattended property may be a security threat, the police or security services may be called to attend and the item(s) may be destroyed.
For safety reasons, and for the comfort of passengers, we have to restrict the amount and type of luggage, including pushchairs and shopping trolleys. You may, at the discretion of the leader, take with you the following items, provided they do not obstruct access to safety and life saving equipment: personal small bags (purse, brief case, laptop, etc), Strollers, carry-on (duffle bag) & standard luggage (50lbs or lighter).
Pets are not permitted to seat on vehicle seats. Guide dogs for people who are visually or hearing impaired, or service animals specially trained to assist riders with disabilities may ride on a passengers lap; unless the service animal is oversized, it must be in a kennel. Zuni INC DBA Airport Super Express recommends the passenger to inform an agent, at the time of making a reservation, if any of the mentioned service animals are to be accompanying them in order to prepare our shuttle in a way that provides better service and comfort.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Anyone over the age of 3 is considered a paying customer. Therefore, children 3 and over must be selected as a paying customer when making a reservation. This is important for Shared Ride vans that need seat accountability; failure to do so will result in paying for each child unaccounted. Furthermore, Florida State law requires that any child new born to 5 years old and/or less than 60 lbs be in a safety restraint seat. You are welcomed to bring your own, but if you are not able to we can provide one for you – by selecting the appropriate seat (infant, toddler, or booster) – at an additional $5 fee per car seat.
$20 per reservation. This fee applies only to existing orders that a Customer wishes to make date and/or time changes to last minute. Last minute changes can affect other reservations, thus, make sure that you are certain with your desired pick-up and/or departure time. This does not apply to Zuni INC DBA Airport Super Express tickets or other tours/activities where the web page indicates that no changes are allowed.

While every effort is made to ensure specified times are met, if the shuttle is late in excess due to unforeseen traffic, uncontrollable weather conditions (Hurricane, Tropical Storm etc), or other circumstances beyond our control, the customer will be informed about the situation by our dispatcher –and in some instances, driver.
