Airport Indications
Miami Int'l Airport
Ft. Lauderdale Int'l Airport

Domestic flights:

Upon your arrival, follow the 3 step process below. The first 2 steps are generic to all passengers. However, it is important that you refer to the correct airline/terminal for the 3rd step

Communication: Per experience, the best method for an effective pick-up is to communicate with one another via cellular phone. Airport security does not allow our vehicles to station at curbside and wait for passengers until actual boarding. Therefore, the best actions to take are by calling 305-910-0110 or texting 305-807-0270 at each procedure below:

1) Give us a call/text once your plane arrives and docks and proceeding towards baggage claim.
2) Give us another call/text when your party has obtained their luggage so the driver can be informed to proceed to the terminal.

North Terminal: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Terminal D: American Airlines/US Airways (Bag Claim 21-27):

3) You will go outside through the doors of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and walk out to the terminal sidewalk. You will notice 2 medians parallel to one another directly in front. Look straight ahead towards the Dolphin parking garage. You’ll see a black banner sign with white writing that reads BUS ZONE 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 (Zone # depends on the baggage claim # you exit). Cross onto the BUS ZONE area, walk down the steps, and wait where the benches are located. Call/text us once you are inside your particular Bus Zone #

Central Terminal: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:

Terminal F-G: ArkeFly/Aruba Airlines/Bahamasair/Frontier/Insel/Air Aruba /Jetairfly/Sun Country/Tiara Air Aruba/WestJet (Bag Claim 8-13)

3 ) You will then go outside through the doors of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and walk across the street onto the narrow sidewalk in the middle; you will see others standing. Wait between the large columns in the center. Call/text us once you are here.

South Terminal: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:

Terminal H-J: Delta/United (Bag claim 5-6)

3) Back track as if you were going to baggage claim 6. You will then exit and go outside through the doors of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim). If you look straight ahead you will notice a parking garage. Just above you will see a black banner sign with white writing that reads BUS ZONE 10. Cross the street 2x onto the BUS ZONE area and make sure you wait on the inside part of the garage where the benches are located. You will wait for your driver here. Call/text us once you’re here.

Terminal J: Air Canada (Bag Claim 1-4)

3 ) You will then go outside through the doors of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and walk across the street onto the narrow sidewalk in the middle; you will see others standing. Wait between the large columns in the center. Call/text us once you’re here.

You’ll look out for our new branded vehicles with the following:

1) White passenger van with a blue stripe on both sides and the name “PAX” in white.
2) The driver will also have their hazard lights blinking so you can further identify the shuttle.

International flights:

Communication: Per experience, the best method for an effective pick-up is to communicate with one another via cellular phone. Airport security does not allow our vehicles to station at curbside and wait for passengers until actual boarding. Therefore, the best actions to take are by calling 305-910-0110 or texting 305-807-0270 at each procedure below:

1) Give us a call/text once your plane arrives and docks and proceeding towards customs
2) Give us another call/text when you’ve cleared customs and are waiting to collect your luggage.

International Arrivals at Customs “D”North Terminal D

Terminal D Int’l: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Aeroflot, AirBerlin, American Airlines, American Eagle, Avior Airlines, British Airways, Cayman Airlines, GOL, Dutch Antilles Express, Iberia, Insel Air, Interjet, Miami Air, Qatar, Santa Barbara Airlines, Sky King, Surinam Airways, Transaero, Virgin Atlantic, World Atlantic, & XL Airways

3) After you clear bag check point and walk out to the international arrivals waiting area, you will be on the 2nd floor. There is a ramp walk way to your right; take the ramp so you can go to the ground floor for international arrivals “Greeters Area.” If you pass this ramp and step pass the customs guard, he will not let you back in to take the ramp below; you will have to take the escalators or elevators (to the right) to the ground floor. Once you’re on the ground floor by way of the ramp (or elevators), you will see glass doors that will lead you to the lower level of international arrivals “Greeters Area.” You will see a currency exchange booth directly in front and a Starbucks to your right. Exit the double doors in front of the Starbucks. Go to the cross walk towards your right and cross the street twice (2x) so you’re at the terminal bus stop, which faces the short term parking garage. Wait underneath the light blue shutters for your driver. Call/text us once you’re here.

International Arrivals at Customs “J”South Terminal J

Terminal J Int’l: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Aerolineas Argentina, AeroMexico, Air France, Alitalia, Avianca, Caribbean Airlines, COPA Airlines, Delta, IBC Airways, LACSA/Grupo Taca, LAN, Lufthansa, Swiss, Taca, TAM & TAP, & Turkish Airlines

3) You’ll be arriving on the 3rd floor for Int’l Arrival. You will have to take the elevators to the second floor (DEPARTURES floor) after you clear baggage check point; the elevators will be to your right as soon as you exit onto international arrivals “Greeters area.” Once on the 2nd floor (Departures), walk to the left and exit the sliding doors and go outside to curbside. Once outside, look and stand underneath the digital sign for LATAM from DOOR 26. When you’re underneath the sign call/text us to let us know that you are ready for pick-up. Our driver cannot wait here unless you are there. Call/text us once you’re here.

You’ll look out for our new branded vehicles with the following:

1) White passenger van with a blue stripe on both sides and the name “PAX” in white.
2) The driver will also have their hazard lights blinking so you can further identify the shuttle.

Domestic flights:

1) Give us a call/text once your plane arrives and docks and you are proceeding towards baggage claim.
2) Give us another call/text when your party has obtained their luggage so the driver can be informed to proceed to the terminal.

Terminal 1: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Alaska, Allegiant, United, Virgin America, Virgin America, Westjet

3) You will then go outside through the doors of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and walk to your right until you reach the end of the terminal sidewalk (you will see a shuttle counter as you walk to the end of the terminal, continue walking). Before the sidewalk curves right, cross the street onto the median in the middle, which is directly in front (2 feet); there will be a sign with white writing on the 4th column that reads “Limo, Bus, Sedan, Van“. This area is between Terminal 1 and 2. DO NOT walk further than a 1/4 way in, if you do, you will be heading towards Terminal 2 and would have gone too far. Call/text us once you’re here.

Terminal 2: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Air Canada, Delta

3) You will then go outside through the doors of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and walk to your right until you reach the end of the terminal sidewalk. Before the sidewalk curves to the right, cross the street onto the median directly in front in the middle; there will be a sign with white writing on a large grey column that reads “Limo, Bus, Sedan, Van“. This area is between Terminal 2 and 3. Call/text us once you’re here.

Terminal 3: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Air Transat, American Airlines, JetBlue, Sunwing

3) You will then go outside through the doors of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and walk to your left (if on JetBLue) and right (If on American Airlines) until you reach the end of the terminal sidewalk. Before the sidewalk curves to the left, cross the street onto the median directly in front in the middle; you will have to use the crosswalk. There will be a sign with white writing on a large grey column that reads “Limo, Bus, Sedan, Van“. This area is between Terminal 2 and 3 (for JetBlue) and Terminal 3 and 4 (for American Airlines). Call/text us once you’re here.

Terminal 4: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Air Jamaica, Avianca, Caribbean, Spirit, ALL International Arrivals.

3) You will then go outside through the doors of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and walk to your left until you reach the end of the terminal sidewalk. Before the sidewalk curves left use the crosswalk to cross onto the median directly in front. This is the shuttle pickup area for Terminal 4 arrivals. It is located between Terminal 3 & 4. Call/text us once you’re here.

You’ll look out for our new branded vehicles with the following:

1) White passenger van with a blue stripe on both sides and the name “PAX” in white.
2) The driver will also have their hazard lights blinking so you can further identify the shuttle.


International flights:

Before the sidewalk curves left use the crosswalk to cross onto the median directly in front. This is the shuttle pickup area for Terminal 4 arrivals. It is located between Terminal 3 & 4. Call/text us once you’re here.

You’ll look out for our new branded vehicles with the following:

1) White passenger van with a blue stripe on both sides and the name “PAX” in white.
2) The driver will also have their hazard lights blinking so you can further identify the shuttle.

Port of Miami

Upon disembarking, follow the 3 step process below. The first 2 steps are generic to all passengers. However, it is important that you refer to the correct cruise line for the 3rd step.

Port Instructions:
*Although the ship docks at 7:00 AM passengers are not allowed to deboard the ship until 7:30 AM, which is reserved for VIP and early flight departures. All others will have to wait for their deck # (normally in alphabetical or numerical order) to be called to proceed towards customs and baggage claim. Per experience, the best and most efficient form of pick-up is to communicate via cell phone during the following times; failure to communicate during the exact check points could result to waiting 30-45 minutes & possibly longer if between 8am-10am since the wait time to go in the Port is normally 15-30 minutes. Give us a call at 305-910-0110 or send a text to 305-807-0270 at each procedure below:

1) Once your deck # is called to proceed towards customs.
2) When you’re standing in line to enter customs (this notifies us that you’ll be clearing customs within 30-45 minutes); failure to follow this could result to waiting 30-45 minutes once outside the terminal.

You’ll look for our new branded vehicles with the following:

1) White passenger van with a blue stripe on both sides and the name “PAX” in white.
2) The driver will also have their hazard lights blinking so you can further identify the shuttle.

Be aware of scammers at the port. They’ll say they are from our company and carry a “happy face” on their clip board or sign to lure you into their vehicle. We DO NOT have representatives at the Port holding any sign -whether it is a happy face or by coincidence, your name. If you get in their shuttle the card on file will be ran for the full amount plus any additional surcharges that may apply.

Carnival Passengers: Terminals D-E
3) When you’re out of customs and about to exit the terminal. Once you have exited the terminal, walk across the crosswalk onto the middle island and wait on the right half; you will see others standing. You will also see palm trees and benches underneath a small white canopy.

NCL Passengers: Terminals B-C
3) When you’re out of customs and about to exit the terminal. Once you have exited the terminal, look and walk to your left (towards the front of the ship at Terminal B) where you’ll see an open parking lot with numerous shuttles; you may see a food vendor truck and yellow concrete wall barricades as well. This is the only area airport shuttles are allowed to pick-up.

Royal Caribbean Cruise line (RCCL) Passengers: Terminal F or G
3) When you’re out of customs and about to exit the terminal. Once you have exited the terminal, go to your right (if exiting from front of ship). You will see columns with circled #’s on them. Stand anywhere from 7-11 as these are the designated numbers for shuttle pick up. DO NOT CROSS THE CROSSWALK LEADING TO THE PARKING GARAGE.

Disney (Magic or Wonder) Cruise line Passengers: Terminal F or G:
3) When you’re out of customs and about to exit the terminal. Once you have exited the terminal, go to your right (if exiting from front of ship). You will see columns with circled #’s on them. Stand anywhere from 7-11 as these are the designated numbers for shuttle pick up. DO NOT CROSS THE CROSSWALK LEADING TO THE PARKING GARAGE.

Oceania Cruise line, Crystal Cruise line, Azamara Cruise line, Regent Seven Seas Cruise line Passengers: Terminal J
3) When you’re out of customs and about to exit the terminal. Security may ask you to wait across the street near the parking garage or alongside the cruise terminal in the street. Either way, please let us know which location you’re waiting so the driver can pick you up.

Port Everglades

Upon disembarking, follow the 3 step process below. The first 2 steps are generic to all passengers. However, it is important that you refer to the correct cruise line for the 3rd step.

Port Instructions:

3) If you arrive at Terminal 19, cross the street towards the parking garage. You’ll see others standing near the fence across from the barricades. If you’re at Terminal 22 or 24, walk towards the center of the open parking lot. This is the designated shuttle pickup area.

Costa Cruises Passengers: Terminal 29:
3) Once outside cross the streets towards the white awning designated for shuttle pickup. Do not stand on the awning closets to the ship as this is designated for sedan pickup.

Holland America line Cruise Passengers: Terminal 25 + 26:
3) If you’re at Terminal 26 once outside go towards the center of the terminal. Cross the street onto the white awning and stand underneath. This is the designated shuttle area. In some instances, security will allow shuttles to pick-up directly alongside the terminal. If this is the case, please call/text us to inform us of your location. Terminal 25 can wait alongside the sidewalk upon exiting.

Princess Cruises Passengers: Terminal 2:
3) Once you exit the ship walk towards the front (nose of the ship). You will see an open parking lot enclosed by orange barricades and cones. This is the designated shuttle pickup. Cross the street onto this area and look for our shuttle.

Royal Caribbean Cruise line (RCCL) Passengers: Terminal 18: Allure, Harmony, & Oasis ONLY
3) Once outside go towards the center of the terminal. You will see a black fence along a curved sidewalk where vehicle traffic exits. You can use the cross walk to cross the street twice and stand along the sidewalk near the black fence.

Royal Caribbean Cruise line (RCCL) Passengers: Terminal 25 + 26:
3) If you’re at Terminal 26 once outside go towards the center of the terminal. Cross the street onto the white awning and stand underneath. This is the designated shuttle area. In some instances, security will allow shuttles to pick-up directly alongside the terminal. If this is the case, please call/text us to inform us of your location. Terminal 25 can wait alongside the sidewalk upon exiting.

Seabourn Cruise line Passengers: Terminal 25 + 26:
3) If you’re at Terminal 26 once outside go towards the center of the terminal. Cross the street onto the white awning and stand underneath. This is the designated shuttle area. In some instances, security will allow shuttles to pick-up directly alongside the terminal. If this is the case, please call/text us to inform us of your location. Terminal 25 can wait alongside the sidewalk upon exiting.

Silversea Cruise line Passengers: Terminal 25 + 26:
3) If you’re at Terminal 26 once outside go towards the center of the terminal. Cross the street onto the white awning and stand underneath. This is the designated shuttle area. In some instances, security will allow shuttles to pick-up directly alongside the terminal. If this is the case, please call/text us to inform us of your location. Terminal 25 can wait alongside the sidewalk upon exiting.
