Upon your arrival, follow the 3 step process below. The first 2 steps are generic to all passengers. However, it is important that you refer to the correct airline/terminal for the 3rd step
Communication: Per experience, the best method for an effective pick-up is to communicate with one another via cellular phone. Airport security does not allow our vehicles to station at curbside and wait for passengers until actual boarding. Therefore, the best actions to take are by calling/texting 305-910-0110 or (WhatsApp Text Only: +1-305-807-0270) at each procedure below:
1) Give us a call/text once your plane arrives and docks and proceeding towards baggage claim.
2) Give us another call/text when your entire party has obtained their luggage.
Terminal D: American Airlines (Bag Claim 21-27):
3) Exit DOOR 3 on the GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and walk out to the terminal sidewalk. Use the crosswalk and cross the street 3 times (3x) and wait inside the parking garage at BUS ZONE 3 for Hotel Shuttles.
Central Terminal: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Terminal F-G: ArkeFly/Aruba Airlines/Bahamasair/Frontier/Insel/Air Aruba /Jetairfly/JetBlue/Sun Country/Southwest/Tiara Air Aruba/WestJet (Bag Claim 8-13)
3) Exit DOOR 15 of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and cross the street 2 times (2x) towards BUS ZONE 15 and stand underneath the YELLOW AWNINGS. Wait here for the shuttle and call/text us informing us that you are at the pickup location.
South Terminal: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Terminal H-J: Delta/United (Bag claim 4-6)
3) Exit DOOR 22 of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and cross the street 2 times (2x) and wait inside the parking garage at BUS ZONE 22 for Hotel Shuttles. Call/text us once you’re here.
Terminal J: Air Canada (Bag Claim 1-3)
3) Exit DOOR 30 of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and cross the street once onto the narrow sidewalk in the middle; wait between the large columns in the center. Call/text us once you’re here.
You’ll look out for our new branded vehicles with the following:
1) White passenger van with an airplane logo both sides and the name “Airport Shuttle Express” in green.
2) The driver will also have their hazard lights blinking so you can further identify the shuttle.

International Arrivals at Customs “D” – North Terminal D
Terminal D Int’l: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Aeroflot, AirBerlin, Air Europa, American Airlines, American Eagle, Avior Airlines, British Airways, Cayman Airlines, GOL, Dutch Antilles Express, Iberia, Insel Air, Interjet, Miami Air, Qatar, Santa Barbara Airlines, Sky King, Surinam Airways, Transaero, World Atlantic, & XL Airways
3) Once you’re at the “Greeters Area walk to the right.” You will see a currency exchange booth directly in front and a Starbucks to your right. Exit DOOR 7 and cross the street twice (2x) and wait at BUS ZONE 7 (Hotel Shuttles) underneath the light blue awning. Call/text us once you’re here.
International Arrivals at Customs “J” – South Terminal J
Terminal J Int’l: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Aerolineas Argentina, AeroMexico, Air France, Alitalia, Avianca, Caribbean Airlines, COPA Airlines, Delta, IBC Airways, ITA Airways, LACSA/Grupo Taca, LAN, Lufthansa, Swiss, Taca, TAM & TAP, & Turkish Airlines, Virgin Atlantic.
3) You’ll be arriving on the 3rd floor for Int’l Arrival. You will have to take the elevators to the FIRST floor (ARRIVALS floor) after you clear baggage check point. The elevators will be to your right as soon as you exit onto international arrivals “Greeters area.” Once on the FIRST floor, Exit DOOR 22 and cross the street 2 times (2x) and wait inside the parking garage at BUS ZONE 22 for Hotel Shuttles. Call/text us once you’re here.

Terminal 1: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Alaska, Allegiant, United, Virgin America, Virgin America, Westjet
3) You will then go outside through the doors of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and walk to your right until you reach the end of the terminal sidewalk (you will see a shuttle counter as you walk to the end of the terminal, continue walking). Before the sidewalk curves right, cross the street onto the median in the middle, which is directly in front (2 feet); there will be a sign with white writing on the 4th column that reads “Limo, Bus, Sedan, Van“. This area is between Terminal 1 and 2. DO NOT walk further than a 1/4 way in, if you do, you will be heading towards Terminal 2 and would have gone too far. Call/text us once you’re here.
Terminal 2: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Air Canada, Delta
3) You will then go outside through the doors of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and walk to your right until you reach the end of the terminal sidewalk. Before the sidewalk curves to the right, cross the street onto the median directly in front in the middle; there will be a sign with white writing on a large grey column that reads “Limo, Bus, Sedan, Van“. This area is between Terminal 2 and 3. Call/text us once you’re here.
Terminal 3: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Air Transat, American Airlines, JetBlue, Sunwing
3) You will then go outside through the doors of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and walk to your left (if on JetBLue) and right (If on American Airlines) until you reach the end of the terminal sidewalk. Before the sidewalk curves to the left, cross the street onto the median directly in front in the middle; you will have to use the crosswalk. There will be a sign with white writing on a large grey column that reads “Limo, Bus, Sedan, Van“. This area is between Terminal 2 and 3 (for JetBlue) and Terminal 3 and 4 (for American Airlines). Call/text us once you’re here.
Terminal 4: If flying with the following airlines follow the 3rd step below:
Air Jamaica, Avianca, Caribbean, Spirit, ALL International Arrivals.
3) You will then go outside through the doors of GROUND FLOOR level (you should already be on this level if you’re at baggage claim) and walk to your left until you reach the end of the terminal sidewalk. Before the sidewalk curves left use the crosswalk to cross onto the median directly in front. This is the shuttle pickup area for Terminal 4 arrivals. It is located between Terminal 3 & 4. Call/text us once you’re here.
